Generating a Clock-in PIN

To generate a Clock-in Pin

1. Select Configure > Employees from the menu bar. The Employees screen opens.
2. Enter your search criteria in the fields from the Employees search panel, and then select the status from the Active droplist.
3. Click Search. The employees that match the search criteria appear in the Employee Search Results pane.
4. Click on the employee record, and then click Edit from the mini-toolbar. The Employee screen opens.
5. Click on the Wages tab, and then click Generate. The generated timecard PIN is displayed in the Timecard PIN field.
6. Click Save and Close from the toolbar. the changes are saved and the Employee screen closes.
